Carina Traub serves as the Senior Project Manager for the Public Education Leadership Project (PELP), a joint program out of the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) and the Harvard Business School. Based at the HGSE campus, Carina works with faculty and staff on both campuses and leaders in urban school districts to support the work of PELP. Previously, she managed adult and community programs for the Public Schools of Brookline. Carina served on the project management and program support team during her Post-Baccalaureate Fellowship at the Carnegie Foundation for the Advancement of Teaching. She holds an Ed.M. from HGSE in Learning and Teaching and completed her undergraduate studies in English Education and English as a Second Language at Boston University. Carina has been interested in Public Education Leadership since she served as the student representative of her local school board in high school. After seeing the impact that a single comment could have on the community, she became eager to support public school districts striving to equitably serve their communities.
