Both an Employment and an Education growth opportunity, PELP is looking for current Ed.L.D. first-year students who would like to get more deeply engaged with work in large urban school districts. As a dynamic learning opportunity to work with cabinet-level leadership teams on problem solving, this partnership allows for practical application of classroom learning in Ed.L.D. years 1 and 2. This opportunity is excellent for students who know they want to work in districts, and those who do not but would like to get some experience with a real district trying to implement change in real time. Our hope is that this partnership serves as a force multiplier in your leadership development. Please email **<pelp@gse.harvard.edu>** with your interest.
