Our primary PELP audience is superintendents and system-level leaders in large urban school districts across the United States as well as current Harvard students studying the art and science of strategic leadership in public systems.

For Students

If you are an active Harvard student especially within the Ed.L.D. or Ph.D. programs at HGSE or the M.B.A. program at HBS, PELP has numerous ways to connect and engage with you.

For Superintendents

If you are a superintendent or a district leader in a large U.S. school district, we would love to connect with you via partnership, action research, or residency connections.
