PELP was founded in 2003 as a partnership between two Harvard professional schools, and that unique partnership remains active to this day as represented by the project’s two co-chairs. Additionally, a growing network of affiliated faculty from both Harvard Business School (HBS) and the Harvard Graduate School of Education (HGSE) are joined by members of the Harvard Kennedy School of Government (HKS) faculty.
