Equity in Action in School Systems

To put “equity into action” in school systems, leaders must determine not only what to do to disrupt policies and practices that produce racialized outcomes, but how to do it. This convening would explore the questions that leaders must ask themselves when developing and implementing an equity-focused strategy, and surface examples of “equity in action” that fuel our collective learning that can be transformed into possible teaching tools and resources that support the field of education leadership and management.
